The show floor had lots of foot traffic as Luxe Pack New York opened today, at the Metropolitan Pavilion, 135 W. 18th St., in New York City. The show is featuring over 165 exhibitors this year, its largest number to date. An additional 8,500 sq ft. space was added this year, as the show took over the second floor.

“Our goal is to present the most comprehensive line-up of packaging innovators, so brands from all markets can find the right packaging suppliers and new ideas in just a few hours,” said Nathalie Grosdidier, executive director, Luxe Pack NY.

And it seemed like many visitors were finding what they needed. The show’s attendees were meeting with suppliers at booths, and in the lounges, while several panelist discussions were taking place in the second floor’s conference room.
